This was a great episode capturing several of the things that make these Junction potlucks so special.  First was Seb: Seb comes to the Junction as part of the CSA vegetable share drop offs for his and his partner Bethany’s farm “Zócalo Organics”.  Jesse comes every week to drop off bread as part of his bread shares for his bread business “Polestar Hearth” as well as to sell loaves to bread-desiring folks.  And lastly, Bryan – a Junction resident – came on the show to promote the first”Junction Porchfest”festival.  It’s a great episode to let you know more about these awesome aspects of Junction life, but also to get to the core of homesteading and entrepreneurialism and jumping feet-first into something you love to build it into something beautiful.
